122 bungalows on large plots
This park of no less than nine hectares consists of 122 beautifully situated, detached stone and wooden bungalows (45 to 100 m²). The lots vary in size from 500 to 1000 m². The bungalows are suitable for four to six persons.
The attractive and comfortable bungalows have a spacious south-facing terrace, a living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a shower and a toilet with a sink.

Dogs are allowed at the park. Your four-legged friend is also very welcome in most houses.
Ideal for children
There are various types of play equipment for children up to the age of 9 and there is a large playing field and a duck pond. One-way traffic is enforced, so that the cars come from one side.

The distance to the wonderful beach is 1.5 kilometers and the wide dune area is only 1 km away. You can ride to the wonderfully quiet beach of Sint Maartenszee in just 10 minutes by bicycle. And... Dogs are very welcome on the beach.
At 200 m from the park you will find indoor swimming pool Campanula as well as a supermarket at only 100 meters where you can get delicious freshly baked rolls in the morning.
