For you as the owner, there are few concerns. We take care of the rental agreement with guests, as well as correspondence and financial settlement. We also provide final cleaning between rental periods.

We put service first. It is important to us that the guest feels welcome. Our mission is accomplished when the guest has had a great vacation and is happy to return. 

A clear overview of occupancy, settlements and reviews. In the portal, you can block periods for your own use.

This results in high rental income.  We will show your accommodation on multiple (German) websites, reaching a larger audience.

Guests pay to €25 to our damage fund, which we can use to cover the costs up to a certain amount in case of damage.

GREAT Vakantiehuizen's reception desk is located at a central point on Belkmerweg, next to the SPAR Supermarket. 

All guests receive the well-known "GREAT bag" containing a service package and information about the area when they receive the key. The bag has since become a collector's item, released in a new color every year. 

Guests can reserve bicycles with us in advance. We do this in partnership with Fred's Rental.  Upon arrival, bicycles are ready for guests at the accommodation and will be picked up upon departure.

Guests may choose to rent linens and towels from us. This is not mandatory.
