Eureka 87 is a spacious stone bungalow (69 m²), beautifully situated in the quiet central area with a view of the park pond. It is surrounded by a very spacious and well-maintained garden (800 m²) with a large south-facing sun terrace and a detached wooden garden shed (3 m²). The parking space next to the bungalow is suitable for up to 2 cars.

Spacious living room (26 m²) with parquet flooring and fireplace, flat-screen colour television with cable connection and satellite reception, radio-cassette-CD player and video. Carpets are laid to protect the parquet flooring. Free WiFi available!

Separate kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, refrigerator (121 litres) with freezer compartment (17 litres), coffee maker, kettle, toaster and mixer.

1 bedroom (5.70 m²) with a wooden bunk bed (with safety rail) measuring 90 x 200 cm with 2 single duvets. Spacious wardrobe and a high chair.
1 bedroom (5.60 m²) with 2 single beds (80 x 190) with single duvets and a wardrobe.
1 bedroom (4.50 m²) with 2 single beds (90 x 200) with 2 single duvets and a spacious wardrobe.
The bedrooms have carpeted floors. The entire bungalow has central heating.

The terrace has 6 garden chairs with cushions.
The garden offers a lot of privacy and is not completely fenced in. Partly with fencing and partly with low shrubs.
