Welcome to Eureka 111, a charming and comfortable holiday home where peace, privacy and relaxation are key. This accommodation features a beautiful partly enclosed private garden with several cozy seating areas and a spacious storage shed. Thanks to its sheltered location and generous outdoor space, you can enjoy outdoor living at any time of the day  whether you prefer breakfast in the morning sun, relaxing with a good book or dining outside in the evening. The perfect place for a carefree stay near the coast.

Layout

The living room has a warm and cozy atmosphere and is furnished with a comfortable 3-seater sofa, a relaxing armchair and a Smart TV. A selection of books and board games is also available for enjoyable evenings indoors.

The spacious dining area features a large dining table and connects to the open, fully equipped kitchen, including:

• induction hob
• extractor hood
• combi microwave
• Nespresso coffee machine
• kettle
• toaster
• hand blender
• various kitchen utensils

With central heating and air conditioning, the house is comfortable in every season. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Garden

The spacious garden is partly enclosed, making it suitable for guests travelling with a dog. The garden offers several cozy seating areas, a dining table with four cushioned chairs, a parasol and a windscreen. It provides plenty of privacy, tranquility and space to fully relax outdoors.

The house has three bedrooms:
