Important information

You have booked a holiday home at GREAT-Vakantiehuizen, for which we thank you very much! Below you will find information about a number of important topics.

Payment

Payment is made in 2 installments. You pay the first installment immediately after booking the accommodation. You pay the second installment one month before arrival. The payment dates are stated on your invoice. If your arrival occurs shortly after the booking date, you will pay the amount in one go.

Our IBAN is: NL61RABO0145275469 and BIC RABONL2U. To avoid problems, we kindly ask you to pay on time. Our booking program automatically sends payment reminders. If you pay later than the specified date, the program will automatically cancel your reservation. You can also contact us in advance.

Damage fund

When making a reservation, you pay us an amount of 25 euros as damage fund. This allows us to cover damage for you up to a certain amount. You will not get the 25 euros back if no damage has occurred.

Arrival and departure times

Arrival is between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. If you will arrive later than 5 p.m., would you please contact us (06-50123008)? In that case, we will plan the handover of the key with you. You must hand over the key to the accommodation to us before 10 a.m. on the day of departure. In some cases, different arrival and departure times are possible. You can contact us in advance about this.

Key handover

You will receive the key to your accommodation in our office at Belkmerweg 79B, 1753 KD Sint Maartenszee (Sint Maartensvlotbrug for navigation). You will also receive a small welcome gift, the information package + any linen you have reserved.

Complaints

Have you noticed any damage after arriving at your holiday home or does the cleaning not meet your expectations? Please report this on the day of arrival at the office of GREAT-Vakantiehuizen. If you have arrived after 5 p.m., please report your complaint the next morning. Only then we will be able to handle that complaint.

If there are unexpected problems during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can find a solution.
