The bungalow offers approximately 50 m² of living space and is well insulated. The interior has recently been updated, and the bathroom was completely renovated in 2026. One of the property's main highlights is its spacious 210 m² garden, which is the largest garden in the park. The garden is fully fenced, making it an excellent choice for families with children and guests travelling with a dog.

Living Room

The cosy living room features a comfortable three-seater sofa, an armchair, and an electric fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere. There is also a smart TV with Dutch and German channels. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The living room has a tiled floor and is comfortably furnished for a relaxing stay.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a four-burner electric hob, extractor hood, filter coffee machine, microwave, and ample crockery and kitchen utensils. Traditional Dutch-style wall tiles add character and charm to the kitchen.

Both bedrooms are fitted with insect screens and provide sufficient wardrobe space.

Garden

The spacious 210 m² garden offers plenty of privacy and is fully enclosed, including between the hedges. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy outdoor living. The terrace is furnished with a dining table, comfortable chairs, and cushions. A parasol and windscreen provide additional comfort on sunny or breezy days.

The garden also includes a storage shed where bicycles can be safely stored.

Surroundings

Sint Maartensvlotbrug is located near the North Holland coast, close to the wide sandy beaches of Sint Maartenszee. The area offers beautiful cycling and walking routes through dunes, colourful flower bulb fields, and nature reserves. The towns of Schagen, Callantsoog, and Alkmaar are also within easy reach for a day trip.

The property includes a private parking space within the holiday park.

At the front of the bungalow, there is an additional storage room where you can conveniently store personal belongings. This storage area also contains a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, ideal for longer stays.

The bungalow is equipped with central heating, making it comfortable throughout the year. Ruyghe Hoeck 9 is therefore also an excellent choice for a winter holiday near the North Holland coast.

Pets are welcome. One dog is allowed as standard. A second dog may be permitted upon request and subject to approval.
