Ruyghe Hoeck 9 is a simple, well-maintained and comfortably furnished bungalow located in a quiet, small-scale holiday park in Sint Maartensvlotbrug. The property accommodates 2 adults and 2 children and is situated a short distance from the beach, dunes and various nature reserves.

The bungalow has a living area of approximately 50 m². Parts of the interior have recently been renovated, and the bathroom was completely renovated in 2026. The property is simply furnished but offers everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

A particular highlight of this accommodation is the spacious 210 m² garden. It is one of the largest gardens in the park. The garden is completely enclosed, including between the conifers, making the bungalow particularly suitable for families with children and guests travelling with a dog.

Living room

The cosy living room features a comfortable three-seater sofa, an armchair and a decorative electric fireplace. There is also a smart TV with Dutch and German channels. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The living room has a tiled floor and is simply but comfortably furnished for a pleasant stay.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a four-ring electric hob, extractor hood, filter coffee maker, microwave and sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils.

The kitchen is somewhat older and simply equipped, but provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The characteristic traditional Dutch wall tiles give the kitchen a cosy atmosphere.

Bedrooms

The bungalow has two bedrooms.

Bedroom 1

• Double bed (160 x 200 cm) with two single duvets.
• Two single duvets.

Bedroom 2

• Bunk bed.

Both bedrooms are equipped with insect screens and have sufficient cupboard space.

Bathroom

The compact bathroom was completely renovated in 2026 and features a walk-in shower with both a rain shower and a hand shower. There is also a toilet and a washbasin.

Please note: the tap at the washbasin only provides cold water and does not have a hot-water supply. The shower does, of course, have hot water.

Garden

The spacious 210 m² garden offers plenty of privacy and is completely enclosed, including between the conifers. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

The terrace has a dining table with comfortable chairs and cushions. A parasol and windbreak provide additional comfort on sunny or windy days.

There is also a storage shed in the garden where bicycles can be safely stored.

Surroundings

Sint Maartensvlotbrug is located close to the North Holland coast and the wide sandy beaches of Sint Maartenszee. The area offers beautiful cycling and walking routes through the dunes, colourful bulb fields and nature reserves.

The towns of Schagen, Callantsoog and Alkmaar are also easily accessible for a day trip.

Other

The accommodation has its own parking space on the holiday park.

At the front of the bungalow there is an additional storage room where you can conveniently store your belongings. This storage room also contains a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, which is particularly useful for longer stays.

The bungalow has central heating and is therefore comfortable to use throughout the year. Ruyghe Hoeck 9 is also a pleasant base for exploring the North Holland coast during the winter months.

Pets are welcome. One dog is allowed as standard. A second dog is possible upon request and with prior approval.
