Park Duinland is located within walking distance of the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee, nestled against the dunes. It is a wonderfully spacious, quiet and green bungalow park. This cosily furnished accommodation is decorated in a fresh and attractive beach theme for four people and is equipped with all modern conveniences. The bungalow is ideal for families with young children, but also for nature lovers, beachgoers and culture vultures. In short, there is something for everyone!

Living room
The cosy sitting area has a comfortable, spacious corner sofa and a separate armchair. There is a TV with both Dutch and German TV channels. The living room has a wooden dining table with 4 chairs. A high chair is available. From the living room, you can look out onto the lovely, green garden with a nice terrace. This is easily accessible through a door in the living room or a door from the kitchen.

Open kitchen
The simply furnished kitchen is fully equipped. There is a gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, convection oven, microwave and air fryer. There is also a coffee machine (Nespresso) and a kettle. An extra freezer is located in the shed. There is plenty of cutlery and crockery available.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms in the bungalow. The master bedroom has a double box-spring bed with a double duvet (220 x 240) and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed for two people and a wardrobe. A cot is also available.

Bathroom
The spacious bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower with a glass wall.

Parking
The car can be parked in the park's general car park.

Garden
The fully enclosed garden has a section with artificial grass and a section adjacent to the house with a tiled terrace with a lounge sofa, two separate chairs, a large parasol and a large wooden table where you can enjoy your meals. There is a storage room with a freezer and space for bicycles, for example.

Pets
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee. Please notify us in advance when making your reservation.

Extra
The house is non-smoking. You can use a washing machine and dryer at the park.

Child-friendly
The bungalow is child-friendly. A highchair and a cot and are at your disposal. Park Duinland has various playgrounds. Children of Park Duinland guests can join in the entertainment program of nearby Camping de Lepelaar during the high season for only   € 1. Please register in advance at Camping de Lepelaar. Indoor and outdoor play paradise de Goudvis is just a few minutes' walk away.

Park Duinland
At Park Duinland you will have a wonderful time. The park is spacious, quiet and green. It exists already more than 50 years and has a unique location, directly opposite the dunes and the sea, between the beautiful bulb fields. The cosy centre of Callantsoog and Petten are at cycling distance. The park has a tennis court and several small playgrounds for children. Next to the park is Camping Sint Maartenszee, with a small SPAR supermarket where you can get fresh rolls every morning. There is also a miniature golf course. Park Duinland is an excellent base for a long walk in the forest or on the beach, a beautiful cycle trip, an adventurous mountain bike ride, for an excursion in the surrounding area to one of the beautiful cities such as Alkmaar and Schagen or villages or a day trip to Texel!
