De Wielen 73

Just a few minutes' cycle ride from the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee, this very comfortable and modern villa 73 at Park De Wielen in Sint Maarten is fully equipped. Built in 2021, the villa can accommodate 6 people.
The extension on the ground floor has a bedroom with an extra bathroom, which is suitable for people with reduced mobility (not suitable for wheelchairs) and for holidays with a mixed group.

Living and dining room
The cosy and comfortable sofa in the living room seats 6 people. The dining room has a large dining table with 6 chairs and there is also a high chair. The ground floor is wonderfully heated with underfloor heating. Both south and north facing floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of 2 spacious terraces. The outdoor area also features a cosy covered lounge.

Open kitchen
The modern and well-equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need. There is a dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee machine (also a coffee pot with hand filter), kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, plenty of cutlery and a large set of crockery. There is a washing machine and dryer in a separate room.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a box-spring bed (1.80 m wide) and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin. This makes the bungalow ideal for people with limited mobility or larger families.

On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds. A cot is also available.

Bathroom
Another spacious bathroom is located on the first floor and has a washbasin and shower. There are separate toilets on the ground floor and first floor.

Parking
One car can be parked directly at the accommodation.

Garden
The garden is fully enclosed and offers plenty of space. The two terraces and covered lounge are ideal for relaxing and enjoying yourself.

Pets
Pets (maximum 1) are welcome. Please notify us when booking.

Extras
Washing machine, tumble dryer, Wi-Fi and digital TV are available. Iron and ironing board available. The accommodation is a non-smoking house.

Swimming pool
The outdoor swimming pool in the park offers plenty of space to relax. The water is heated and the pool is open from 1 May to mid-September.

You will have a wonderful time at Recreatiepark De Wielen. The park currently consists of 135 accommodations (chalets and bungalows). The park is an excellent base for a wonderful holiday on the Dutch North Sea coast.
